Singer to Speak at FCC event

Dr. Hal Singer, PPI senior fellow, will be speaking at the FCC’s “Economics of Broadband: Market Successes and Market Failures” rountable.  On October 2nd, 2014, Singer will join five other distinguished experts to consider:

 Incentives to provide high quality open Internet access service and the relevance of market power. It will then turn to policies to address market power, consumer protection, and shared benefits of the Internet.

The roundtables are free and open to the public and member of the public are encourage to send questions for the panelists in advance. The event is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will be held in the Commission Meeting Room (TW-C305) 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, DC, 20554.
