Cody Tucker

Cody Tucker is Director of Communications and Public Affairs for the Progressive Policy Institute. Prior to joining PPI, Cody worked in the U.S. House of Representatives as Communications Director for Congressman Kurt Schrader (D-Ore.) and the fiscally conservative Democratic Blue Dog Coalition. Prior to his time on Capitol Hill, Cody served as a campaign field organizer for the Democratic Party of Oregon working to successfully reelect Congressman Schrader and Governor John Kitzhaber during a difficult 2010 election year for Democrats.

Cody is a Southern California native and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
