Diana Moss participated as a panelist on the Dynamic Competition Initiative’s 2nd Annual DCI Conference panel: Dynamic Competition in Antitrust Policy – Sword or Shield?.
The purpose of the conference was to assist policymaking by further exploring the potential for implementation of applied versions of theories of dynamic competition and addressed the next steps required to better define and and operationalize dynamic competition into antitrust and merger policy.
