Diana Moss spoke at the 41st Annual IAHA Health Law Symposium on the panel: Antitrust Enforcement of Healthcare Transactions in Illinois.
For this year’s annual Health Law Symposium, we centered on the theme of exploring the intersection of health care, artificial intelligence and legal compliance. We have assembled an exceptional line-up of live presentations that will be presented on November 9th. Our day starts at 10:00 am with a session entitled “Regulatory Realities: Journey to Closing a Hospital Transaction 101” that is geared towards our student and early careerist members, as well as our mentors and mentees. Thereafter, the day’s plenary sessions focus on navigating the legal complexities of digital health care regulations and the ethical use of technology. Given the myriad of new state and federal regulatory developments, the final plenary session of the day provides a comprehensive legislative update on the laws and regulations that are, or soon will be, shaping the health care industry.
