The AEI Housing Center is hosting the 13th annual housing conference, which will feature a wide array of panels and presentations on the state of the housing market. A significant focus of the event will be the AEI Housing Center’s Housing Abundance Success Sequence, which outlines how to increase housing supply and affordability.
The event’s first day will feature five panels addressing housing market indicators and the state of the housing market, housing priorities for the new administration, first-time homebuyers and the future of the housing finance system, automated valuation models’ standards and evaluation, and the AEI Housing Center’s Housing and Economic Analysis Toolkit and Good Neighbors Index. The second day will focus on insights from the AEI Housing Center’s housing supply case studies, housing and the American worker, homelessness after the Grants Pass v. Johnson ruling, and the Good Neighbors Success Sequence.
