PPI Chief Economic Strategist Michael Mandel will testify before the House Committee on Energy & Commerce, Subcommittee on Communications and Technology hearing titled, “Common Carrier Regulation of the Internet: Investment Impacts.” The hearing will explore the impact of the decision by the FCC to reclassify both fixed and mobile broadband Internet access services as Title II telecommunication services on investment in this sector.
