As the Federal Communications Commission considers the best way to allocate spectrum space in the upcoming incentive auction, PPI Senior Fellow Hal Singer will testify before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation to address the best path forward.
The hearing will also include Gary Epstein (FCC), Joan Marsh (AT&T), Steven Berry (Competitive Carriers Association), Preston Padden (Expanding Opportunities for Broadcasters Coalition), Rick Kaplan (National Association of Broadcasters), and Harold Feld (Public Knowledge).
