Heading into 2025, states across the country will have the opportunity to consider new legislation and regulations for tech policy. Much of this will be needed change that protects consumers and advances innovation in the states. However, there is a pressing need to ensure that changes continue to preserve America’s role as a leader in the technology sector, particularly with AI.
While the National Governors Association is Denver, Colorado for their post-election convening and New Governor’s School, the Progressive Policy Institute is hosting a bipartisan roundtable discussion on how state legislatures and governors can work to preserve the America’s leading technology sector.
Joining this discussion will be Governor Jared Polis, the current chair of NGA and Dr. Diana Moss, the VP and Director of Competition Policy at PPI.
