Diana Moss participated as a panelist in The 2023 U.S. Merger Guidelines: A Review.
The conference was organized by Concurrences in partnership with CCIA. The book “The 2023 U.S. Merger Guidelines: A Review” was launched at the conference and published in collaboration with the Computer & Communications Industry Association. Diana’s panel was titled “The FTC and DOJ’s 2023 Merger Guidelines, and she spoke on key aspects of the revised Guidelines and their expectations for U.S. merger policy and enforcement in light of the revised guidance.
