On September 28th, PPI’s Chief Economist Dr. Michael Mandel will present his paper Data, Trade, and Growth on a panel at the upcoming Telecommunications Policy Research Conference. As part of a panel in the Competition and Innovation series at the conference, Mandel will discuss the role of cross-border data flows in global trade.
The discussion will be moderated by Steve Pociask of the American Consumer Institute. Other panelists include Bruno Soria and Fernando Herrera-Gonzlez (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid), and Fatima Espinoza-Vasquez (Syracuse University).
