Ellen Gracia is a Policy fellow for the Progressive Policy Institute. She is from Mansfield, Massachusetts and attends the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, where she designed her own major in PPE: Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics, focusing her studies on equitable education and labor policy, as well as environmental economics.
