Holly Rachel is the co-founder of Rachel + Winfree Consulting, a consulting firm based in Nashville, Tennessee that provides data solutions and technical project management to small and mid-sized businesses. Rachel + Winfree Consulting also administers a program called LocalTek, a workforce development program that builds accelerated training curriculum for businesses that want to build their tech talent pipelines.
Holly Rachel is passionate about increasing diversity in the Middle Tennessee tech industry. To work within that passion, Holly co-organized and currently serves as the President of the Nashville chapter of the Blacks In Technology Foundation. Holly is an active part of the Nashville tech community, serving on the executive board of the Nashville Technology Council, as well serving on the Nashville Technology Council’s Diversity and Inclusion committee.
Holly received her Master of Science in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University, and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. Holly is a native of Saint Louis and currently resides in Nashville. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, and is a Tennessee Master Gardener, managing two community gardens in the Nashville area.
