Jerome Davis is a data scientist and applied economist specializing in regulatory impacts, transportation issues, and health policy. He is a Senior Data Analyst at Sonecon. Previously, Mr. Davis was Senior Associate at Cloud Harbor Economics, leading data engineering and modeling efforts for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), including Medicare payment and appeals issues. He also managed analytics projects at Econometrica, Inc. involving federal departments and agencies, including CMS, the Department of Education, the Department of Transportation and the Transportation Security Administration, the Census Bureau, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Mr. Davis holds a B.A. in Economics from Queen’s University, an M.Sc. in Economics from University College London, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
