Pamela is a native Texan with a passion for helping underserved communities and populations achieve everything they were created to be. For more than 20 years, she has worked with government agencies to develop and implement multi-faceted programs to meet the societal and cultural needs of underserved communities. As an exemplary leader with an innovative mindset, Pamela has provided direction and support to multi-sector organizations in the areas of project design, implementation and evaluation.
Pamela holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health and has served as registered nurse, as member of the US Army Nurse Corp. excelling in both government and non-governmental agencies.
Pamela is also an experienced consultant and public health strategist working with national, state, and local organizations to develop and implement sustainable programs and initiatives that support increased equity, diversity, and inclusion particularly for communities of color and women.
