Talila Millman is a technology and innovation executive and change leader with 20+ years of experience leading organizations in the technology, software, healthcare, and telecommunication industries. Her relentless focus on capturing customers and market needs, adapting and developing innovative technologies, and deploying best in class business and engineering processes to increase productivity and operational efficiency, results in organizational transformation and products and solutions that bring value to customers and increase market share and revenue in complex VUCA environments.
Talila’s technology expertise includes IoT systems, SaaS and cloud technologies, communication, and harnessing the power of data and analytics to provide powerful, actionable insights to customers. Talila’s recent roles include VP of innovation and engineering in Stanley Healthcare and Stanley Access Technologies, divisions of Stanley Black and Decker; senior vice president of product management and engineering for Vidyo, a video solution provider focused on telehealth; VP of engineering at the Harris Corporation public safety and professional communication business; chief technologist and VP of Engineering at Infinite Convergence Solutions, a next-generation messaging and mobility solutions to carriers and enterprises. Talila also held senior leadership roles with Motorola and Nortel Networks.
