Malena Dailey

Director of Technology Policy

Malena Dailey is the former Director of Technology Policy with the Progressive Policy Institute, where she works on issues relating to social media and the internet and technology sector.

Prior to joining PPI, Malena worked as a Policy Analyst for NetChoice, where she focused on state and federal legislation that would impact technology companies with an emphasis on policies relating to antitrust and content moderation. Malena has also served as an intern for the U.S. House of Representatives, for the campaign of U.S. Representative Sean Casten, in federal government affairs with The Normandy Group, and at the non-profit Chicago Foundation for Women in her home city of Chicago.

Malena graduated from Miami University in 2021 with a BA in Economics and Political Science.
